We all lead such busy lives, often so busy taking care of others that we sometimes neglect to take care of ourselves. And if we neglect taking care of ourselves, we risk damaging our health leaving us unable to do our jobs or take care of our families. My number 1 goal was to be healthy, and I successfully achieved that goal when I lost 30 pounds, “cinched” my belt from a size 14 to a size 6, and avoided wearing the C-Pap device!
Diagnosed with sleep apnea, doctors told me I would need to wear a C-Pap to keep my airway open while I slept. However, they suggested that if I could lose weight, I might be able to avoid the C-Pap. I was motivated to lose the weight I had put on through the years, and I have kept it off since 2010. You can do it too! But unlike you, I did not have The Shrinking Belt to help me. I had to start from scratch and learn the criteria in weight-loss products. I spent countless hours reading, calculating, walking the aisles of supermarkets scrutinizing the ingredients listed on product labels, taste testing and finally coming up with a grocery list of items to buy that helped me lose the weight and eliminate sleep apnea from my life.
Now you can have the benefit of all my research and start your journey to a healthier and new you! I share all I’ve learned in my compact little book The Shrinking Belt, which lists name-brand products to buy at your local supermarket, a Costco shopping list, dining-out tips and recipes using the listed products for my yummy “Concoctions.” The Shrinking Belt is small enough to tuck in your purse or to keep in your car so it’s always handy whenever you go grocery shopping. Purchasing the items on the list ensures that the products have been taste-tested by me, products I still use everyday to maintain my weight loss.
Losing weight promotes a healthier body, a body with more vitality and energy. I feel great and I want to pass along that feeling to you, and hope that you will pass it on to your loved ones. Show them how much you care by giving them a copy of The Shrinking Belt. It’s a “cinch” and a no-brainer. What better feeling could there be than knowing that you are not only investing in your health but encouraging and supporting others to invest in their health as well?
